      As with any building project, when you embark upon a studio construction project, cost control can become a major issue.

      Where it is appropriate, our quantity surveyor, with whom we have collaborated on studio projects on numerous occasions, is available to you at competitive rates.

      Situations where this would not be appropriate include occasions where our builders are competing with other tenders for the construction, and any other situation where there could be a conflict of interests.
