      ESS offer a range of services tailored to the needs of musicians and studio owners, both small and large, starting from as little as £150 +vat, to help you to avoid the many expensive pitfalls that await you. You get to choose the level of our involvement, all the way up to a full design/build/install service, though most projects fall somewhere between these two stations.
      A studio design project can be broken down into a number of distinct elements, in particular, shell structure , isolation , internal acoustics , electrics , costs and quantities , layout and ergonomics , audio wiring , lighting and decor , and air conditioning .
      Unlike most of our competitors, we are happy to undertake only those parts of a project which our clients wish. We believe that it is YOUR studio, and our role is to help you to achieve the best possible results given your budget.

      A solid grounding in acoustics, combined with up-to-the-minute software design tools enables rapid, reliable evaluation of your own design ideas, and any possible improvements, and enables a lateral approach to problem solving. This allows every idea to be considered, and any non-viable ones to be eliminated quickly.

      An increasingly popular level of service that we offer is the postal Quick Design tailored particularly to the needs of people building their own studios, but wanting to get it right.

      We also offer a remedial acoustics service, where we study the performance of your existing room in order to characterize problems which you have already identified, and advise you as how they may be rectified.
