How much to spend building a room? Addages involving pieces of string leap to mind.
First, consider your aspirations....What class of room are you trying to build?
This, combined with the area of the space will be the main determining factor in your bottom line.
The look and finish of the place is way down the list, but obviously, can make a big difference. If your rooms look like you've spent peanuts on them, your clients won't even notice how great they sound, they'll expect to pay you next to nothing to use them. If it's only going to be you in there, that might not matter so much.

The Rate Card:

Acoustical design work and related site visits: £ 300.00 per day/visit

Wiring and installation work: £ 200.00 per man day

Building and Joinery work: £ 150.00 per man day

The above rates exclude VAT where applicable, as well as travelling and any other expenses.
Prices are in Pounds Sterling, and are nett of any transfer fees which may be imposed by your bank or ours.
